RTD42 stainless steel roll bar

Roll-bar RTD42:

This roll bar is designed to fit all types of boats.

The product’s plus: it’s foldable!

Technical Characteristics:

Tube diameter: 42 mm
Width: from 900 mm to 1450 mm (possibility of re-cutting it up to 900)
Height: 140 mm
Plate depth: 300 mm

The whole assembly is entirely made of marine grade 316L stainless steel with a polished finish hardware, made according to the rules of the art. The two 1400 mm high hoops are made of stainless steel tube with a diameter of 42 mm x2.

It is adjustable in width from 1160 (or 900 with tube cutter) to 1450 mm thanks to a double sleeve in diameter 42 tube.

It is fixed to the deck using M10 bolts with thumbwheels for easy disassembly and hinged yokes so that it can be folded down.

Assembly advice:

The roll bar comes with all the necessary hardware. Once all these elements are adjusted to the final location on your boat, all you have to do is tighten the M10 internal screws onto the telescopic sleeve.

For a better hold, we recommend marking this position and re-disassembling the mast. Drill a hole at the screw holes using a 3 mm drill bit and tighten the assembly. This precaution ensures better stability of the roll bar and better protection for your high-quality equipment.

We recommend 4 waterproof fixing inserts ref IM10 for mounting this product.

Stainless steel will retain its splendor provided it is cleaned regularly with clean water and the instructions in the user manual are followed.
