MATC is committed to shipping items in stock within 48 hours of your order.

If a product announced as available is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the delay and will have the option to cancel and obtain a full refund for your order.

Whether it's economical or express, within France or elsewhere, the range of shipping solutions we offer will, we hope, meet your needs!

Tailor-made delivery! With DPD PREDICT, you'll be notified of a delivery slot. If it doesn't work for you, change it in just a few clicks. Delivery within 24 to 48 hours of the goods' departure.

This is the default delivery method. Were you not there when the delivery person came by? No problem, you can choose a new delivery online in 3 clicks!

Quality and speed of delivery are essential! That's why the TNT FEDEX EXPRESS Group ensures the transport of your parcels throughout mainland France within a maximum of 48 hours, and to Corsica (+48 hours)!

A delivery person will come to your home/business and, in exchange for a signature, will hand over your packages!

Kuehne+Nagel's Transport Courier service allows you to ship bulky and large goods on pallets (such as TTOPs) or simply send your "Oversized" packages to France, Europe and the rest of the world.

Delivery time varies from 48 to 78 hours after collection.

Was your package delivered damaged?

We invite you to check (or have the receiving agent check) the apparent condition of the products upon delivery. In the presence of an apparent anomaly (damage, package or product missing from the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) you can either refuse your order or accept it with reservations.

For each delivery, write the reservations on the carrier's electronic or paper delivery slip: "Subject to conformity and good condition of the materials" and imperatively indicate the reference of the product and the quality damaged by the carrier.

The consumer must also confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 working days of the delivery date, setting out the said complaints. The consumer must simultaneously send a copy of this letter (with the original of the “report of spoliation”, if applicable) by simple mail or e-mail to the following address:
