How does it work?

  1. Send us photos of the product as a whole and its details
  2. Specify the general condition , signs of wear ⇒ Refer to the general conditions below
  3. If you have it, attach the purchase invoice.
  4. Receive our trade-in offer by email with a return form
  5. If you accept, you ship the equipment to us
  6. Once verified, you will receive a voucher valid for 2 months to use on our store.

MATC Trade-In Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible Products

  • Only MATC brand products are accepted.

2. State required for recovery

The customer declares the condition of his old product among the following categories:

Criteria

Very good condition

Functional, very little wear

Good condition

Functional, normal signs of wear

Worn but functional

Works with marked wear

Non-functional

No longer working, broken, incomplete

With invoice

Proof of purchase provided by MATC or one of its resellers

3. Return terms – After acceptance by MATC

  • The old product must be sent to the following address, at the customer's expense: MATC – Service Reprise 1781b route de Nîmes 30560 Saint Hilaire de Brethmas
  • The package must contain :

4. Control and validation

  • MATC checks the condition of the product within 10 working days (excluding annual closure) upon receipt.
  • If the condition matches the declaration, a voucher valid for 2 months or an immediate discount on your order will be issued.

In the event of a difference, MATC will propose a new valuation or may refuse the takeover.

FAQ – Takeover Program

→ Yes, as long as it is identifiable and corresponds to a MATC product.

→ Yes, one form per returned product is required.

→ We will offer you a new valuation or the return will be refused if the product does not meet the criteria.

→ The check is carried out within 10 working days (excluding annual closure) after receipt. The voucher is then sent by email.

→ It is either reconditioned or recycled depending on its condition.

→ The return of non-MATC brand products is not yet part of our return conditions. However, you can send us an email so that we can review your request. Our conditions are subject to change.

→ The return of used products with cash payment is not part of our current terms and conditions. However, you can contact us by email to submit your request. It can be considered individually.
